Takes too long to get an appointment at phone is always busy at 8 am by the time you get through all appointments have gone. Usually have to wait 2 wks for appointment. Ridiculous.

Care very good. Only thing improvement wise is making it easier to get appointments.

How my Dr is caring and always gives plenty of time despite how busy she may be - thank you yo Dr Pugh and the other Drs that make this surgery the popular place it is. Some of the receptionists are very nice but some have a funny tone with my at times and I am always polite.
